Rewards

In 1999, in connection with the 275-anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the collective of the Institute has been awarded with the diploma of the Ministry of a Science and Technologies of the Russian Federation «For the big contribution to development of a native science»; 15 employees are awarded with diploma of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Trade Union of workers of the Russian Academy of Sciences; to10 employees is declared the gratitude with delivery of the diploma of Presidium of the Russian Academy of Science.

Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, V.A. Rumyantsev and Doctor of Biological Science, V.G.Drabkova are awarded with Medal of an order «before Fatherland II degrees».

The rank of "The laureate of the State Premium of the USSR" was given to Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, A.I.Sorokin and Doctor of Medical Science V.D.Tonkopii.

The rank of «the Honored scientist of the Russian Federation » is given to Doctor of Geographical Science A.P.Alhimenko, Doctor of Biological Science, V.G.Drabkova, Doctor of Biological Science, L.A. Kuderskiy, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, A.I.Sorokin.

Collective of authors (9 pers.) of a monographic series of books «the History of lakes USSR» in 1999 was awarded with Diplomas of Russian Geographical Society «For oustanding scientific works in the field of geography».

Doctor of Biological Science, L.A. Kuderskiy is awarded with the Honorary Title and a sign «the Knight of a science and arts» of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.
